Kaspersky showing as product not found

I shouldn't really have to put this on an ideas website, as it's really not an 'idea', it's a flaw with the monitoring software with something that worked perfectly fine until an update.


I appreciate that Kaspersky have changed the way their defs update since 10.0, and I've been told that from 10.3+ your system doesn't support it. We NEED a more definitive resolution time to critical things like this so that we can report back to our directors. We rely solely on this system and need it resolving as priority please.
