At the moment, a contact who has customer portal access has the ability to filter tickets by assigned user. I would like the option to hide this field from the customer portal. The user field will populate a list of all users we have defined under User Management. Most of these are employees that don't interact with our customers and just have the account to be able to manage and view tickets. We view this as a security and privacy risk for our employees. Customers should only be able to view users that they currently have tickets open with.
