Replace the remote support agent with the applet session MSPA

Hey team,


Using standalone MSPA you can do a one time connection to a customers machine.

We would like the dashboard to have similar functionality, the current remote support agent is slightly dated and is often blocked by AV.


Ideally we would incorporate the standalone MSPA approach where we can ask customer to go to and generate a pin for them, either from the dashboard or the already installed take control viewer.


Would be good way to allow customer access to devices not on the dashboard and allow them to install the agent and monitor machines.


Could be limited to how many time you can used this in a year / month, or chargeable per instance....
