One of my customers is threatening to leave over messages that say "completed with errors" or "Failed" when the error was a transient one. It's especially galling when the message from the backup system says "The error might not reoccur if the backup is run again." I have set their systems to backup multiple times each, because tech support had no resolution and wasn't interested in investigating. We really need a setting to retry when backups have issues, because it's not uncommon for a file to be momentarily locked or for VSS to be busy.
