I would like to be able to specify a date range for "End Times" when downloading time entries from the Helpdesk Ticket screen to a csv file. As of now when I want to do an analysis of labor for a specific period of performance, it is necessary to download the entire history and delete time frames outside the time frame of interest. You currently allow the specification of completion dates or due dates for tickets. Need expressed here is to specify when time is expended.
