We use complete & reviewed to bill tickets.
All non-billable tickets (office, administration, flat fee customers, ...) keep being listed in : completed and reviewed filter.
Billing these tickets is not possible unless I make a fake invoice with their status on billable - taxable.
Our completed/reviewed ticket list is growing due to this. I see an 'in progress idea' ? Is it still in development ? Can this solve this and when can we expect this ?
