It would be amazing to have powershell access via the tools menu. It would make so many more things able to be done behind the scenes.
I would like to see an audit trail for any action performed by an N-Central user. There have been cases in the past where a device was placed in downtime, a threshold adjusted or a device deleted and we needed to know when and which user performed the action.
What: Separate FQDN and IP address into separate fields from the Network Address field. Why: Because I want to be able to see both at the same time from the All Devices tab, export the All Devices tab easily and we frequently need both. AV Defender is currently available for the Windows platform, however, there is no centralized AV for Mac devices.
It would be great if schedueld downtime didn't also disable the remote control options on a device. We've been using scheduled downtime when we have planned maintenace work being done. A sideaffect of this is that remote control gets disabled on the device (unless mspconnect is installed). The ability to pre-define CDP's as dropdrop options (or radio buttons, yes/no, etc). So when someone goes to change a CDP on a device, they're presented with the only available options and don't have to refer to external documentation (also: if perhaps there could be the additional comment field that allows a description of what the CDP option does). The Add Task drop down menu in the device details page has the update asset info option but the Add Task menu from the All Devices view does not. sometimes we need to update asset info on multiple devices and it would be nice to do a mass push of this task instead of having to click into each device and set it up.
As we work with Service template it's not possible (or an option) to set an individueel threshold on a single device. Instead we need to create a new template just to vary one threshold. It would be very helpfull to be able to set a threshold and use an option "non override" for example on a single device which can't be overridden by the daily service template update. it used to be that we could say the downtime was going to last for x days/weeks/months - now we have to convert our time frame to minutes
One of the main AV Status tickets we always get is related to no scan in over 30 days.
It would be great if we could set the Self Healing action to run a quick scan (or full scan) before a ticket is created.
This would eliminate many tickets from being created and save our technicians time.
To borrow a feature from mspconnect; full event log viewing in direct support would be very useful.
