Have Probe install for Customers to be installed on a Linux operating system. This will allow for more diverse deployment, less overhead for monitoring, and added flexibility.

This report would outline every user which exists on an N-central user, regardless of at which level (s)he exists.
We'd like to be able to patch our Macs through N-Central
We have scripts that reference the agent and probe installers at e.g. "https://ncentral.example.com/download/22.214.171.1247/winnt/N-central/WindowsProbeSetup.exe". Whenever we update N-Central or port a script to our test environment running the beta version, we have to manually adjust the link in the script to point to the current version. Providing a link without a version component would make our job a lot easier.
So the SO Level reporting (and the descriptions) is broken by design. It's a UX Disaster. They were never actually meant to be run at the so level which is why they don't include the details that the customer level reports do, and were never updated to include the customers/sites that an so level report would need to be fit for purpose. I would love to be able to skip the need to use a browser on monitors where we display active issues 24/7 in our office.
It could be an app, Linux CLI/ncurses interface, does not need to be fancy but readable and minimalistic.

When we Create Auto Patch Approval Rules in the SO Level, they do not actually display in the Customer and Site Levels. Even though the system does propagate them, it would be useful to be able to actually see them as inherited from parent as you would with the all other Rules. I.e. Currently we can get live data on CPU/Memory usage per device but it would be fantastic to have a Dashboard that shows the top 5/10/15 devices with the highest values, which update in real time.
We have a LOT of issues where the device is either unreachable, or the connection is really bad and frequently disconnects. We've had a large number of techs test and when we're able to trick the agent into connecting to a new server in the pool the issue is resolved.
