For the managed online backup I would like to add customer email addresses for a backup report. If it succeeded or failed and how much data it processed.
This is a partial repeat of a popular idea posted 1 year ago:
We save all Critical Event Reports daily and would like to refer back to this archive (useful for analyzing security issues over time), but find that critical info is being cut off in the description of events on the reports.
While we're able to view all of the patches that were installed or failed to install on a server/workstation, that report is really quite useless for our clients. We would like to be able to send a summary page that says here's the number of patches that were installed, here's the number of patches that are pending, and here's the number of patches that failed to install. We would like to generate that in a pie chart ...more »
To be able to list all software on the network & see what computers has it installed.
And if possible to be able to uninstall unwanted software.

Longer reports are usefull when something goes wrong with server and you need to look back at performance in time longer than 8 days.

Last User logged in;
Offline as of "Date";
Generate report for machines that are over X days offline...
Also the ability to Export to .CSV and .PDF
This report missing page breaks, making it unreadable when printing it.
It would also be nice if the report could be exported in Excel format.
I have found several cases where prospective clients want to see an example report from our system during the sales pitch. The problem is that with our clients that have active monitoring, the reports would be great but we cannot show that information. Showing hardware information and server names, etc is a violation of our agreements. The Dashboard and agents are branded for our company at a cost and it would be best ...more »
