Patch Management client and summary reports

While we're able to view all of the patches that were installed or failed to install on a server/workstation, that report is really quite useless for our clients. We would like to be able to send a summary page that says here's the number of patches that were installed, here's the number of patches that are pending, and here's the number of patches that failed to install. We would like to generate that in a pie chart ...more »

Web Protection - Reporting

Love the Web Protection feature - however without reporting it is only about 50% useful.

Reports are needed on a per user basis that would show, at a minimum, (a) all activity and (b) sites that were blocked. Time spent on a site as well as overall time browsing would be useful as well.

Not sure how you can release something without the ability to generate reports.

Client Access to Web Protection Reports

If the web protection reports part of the web protection module in RMM could be accessible by our clients via the client dashboard it would save us a lot time having to email our clients the reports. They could then monitor the reports themselves. Or perhaps if this is not possible, GFI could provide a way to automate the sending of the web protection reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to our clients.

MAV - Automatic Report Delivery of Removed Threats

I would like the option to schedule an automatic monthly report that can be emailed out to my MAV clients that shows what has been quarantined/deleted.

The current report that can be manually generated is very useful, but an option to send it out automatically would make this scalable at a much larger level.

Patch Management Reports - Date Range Added

Within the current patch management reports, you can generate a Pending patches report or an Installed report, but not specified by date. I have a customer that has had PM for years, which generates massive reports that nearly crash browsers. I need a way to send them reports that simply cover a date range, so when they request a report of the patches that were installed last week, it would be great to have an option ...more »

Web Protection Policy based on user

It would be much more effective if we could assign web protection policies based on username instead of machine. This way we can set different levels of filtering websites based on user job description and or role. It would make for much better reporting as well, we would be able to identify heavy offenders and activity.

When Managed AV Install fails Dashboard should show Red X

If you Added a workstation to have Managed Antivirus and it could not deploy it should Have a red X next to the computer the next time a DSC Runs. Currently all you can see is a grey dot next to the AV giving a message like AV is incompatible. No Red X or alert. If you have an issue installing an antivirus agent on a workstation it would seem better to have the workstation show up with a Red X next to AV that was not ...more »

WebProtection block page

When a user gets a block message there is nothing to show them what URL was blocked. This makes it hard for them to let us know what needs to be looked at and unblocked. There are strings for the policy, category, and reputation. I am suggesting that there be one added for the URL. This would allow the end user to be able to tell us specifically what page was being blocked. They could take a screenshot and email ...more »

Report Generation Permission

Currently if our sales/account management team want to generate an ad-hoc monthly report for a client, they have to contact an administrator/superuser to do so. Standard users don't have permission. Would it be possible to grant standard users the ability to generate these reports? The ones im referring to are found here (as admin) --> Reports ->Client Reports -> Server Monitoring -> (Re)Send client daily report/weekly/monthly ...more »
