Reports are about showing the value of the service to the customer. As IT business owners we need to automate as much as possible. Right now I am having to take screenshots of the dashboard in order to show things like Last Logged On User, Last Response, and other information my clients want and not some other things that are included by default in the reports. THIS IS TIME CONSUMING and doesn't look nice. My competitors can do this and it makes it hard for me to compete on that level. When can we get custom reports?
The Ability to export the Asset Tracking reports to CSV would be incredibly valuable!
For the managed online backup I would like to add customer email addresses for a backup report. If it succeeded or failed and how much data it processed.
The fact that there are only five total reports is pretty bad. Most reports focus on potential issues but none show results. Why are there no reports that show how effective GFICloud is? I'd love to show Management how many threats have been stopped and how many computers have been patched since GFICloud was implemented. But I can't - I can only tell them to trust me. If the web protection reports part of the web protection module in RMM could be accessible by our clients via the client dashboard it would save us a lot time having to email our clients the reports. They could then monitor the reports themselves. Or perhaps if this is not possible, GFI could provide a way to automate the sending of the web protection reports on a daily/weekly/monthly basis to our clients.
Emailed Notices such as Patch Failures, etc AND canned Reports (such as Critical Events, Automated Tasks, Antivirus Threat Report, Antivirus Quarantined Report, Asset Tracking Client Inventory Report) often list SITE and DEVICE Name BUT they do not print the "DESCRIPTION" next to the workstation/device name on the report or Alert (even though there is space to do so). Is it possible to save reports in other formats like XLS and PDF? that would be a nice.
during the patch decline process we'd like to have a field to notate why it was declined and have that show up on all the patch reports. We have to keep track of declines, their reasons and ticket numbers for clients, and in Kaseya we could just enter that information into the system while declining it and report on it. Would be great to see this functionality in N-Central.
It'd be nice to have our brand on reports. With our logo and contact information.
I would like the option to schedule an automatic monthly report that can be emailed out to my MAV clients that shows what has been quarantined/deleted.
The current report that can be manually generated is very useful, but an option to send it out automatically would make this scalable at a much larger level.
Mail reports in Dutch and many other languages then English.
