Hey guys, i love the software. I'm getting several clients in the 5-10 desktop and 1 server range. The average price i'm paying now for a 5 person setup with a server (i have 2 of these) is between 3 and 4 dollars per device without AV cost factored in. In Remote Process Control tab (Remote background) the column filter does not work as it is suppose to do. A filter works for a couple of seconds and then it stop working.

I plugged in an almost empty 32GB flash drive (30 files and 424K) and the EndpointService.exe leapt to between 86 and 98% CPU usage for 5 minutes, 37 seconds (when I finally cancelled the scan. Surely there is a way to cap the CPU usage for scans at a lower number so machines don't end up crippled when a scan is run.
I suggest that you please remove the monthly minimum for the AYCE/DR backup.
LogicNow introduces a tax of $50 per month out of the blue. Who sees the added value of that?
Anybody else having an issue with GFI conflict with another Program? Please list and comment any conflicting software. I'm having an issue with SpyHunter & RegHunter blocking the GFI tools. GFI Support says that it takes less than 1.5 seconds to logon to the dashboard and have the full dashboard loaded when more than 400 units are being monitors. This is after tests on a standard ADSL line running no more than 8mbps, they also state that they have ZERO complaints about speed. However on a 80mbps leased line it takes me ten times that and the dashboard is close to unusable on anything below a 30mbps link. ...more »
You should create a Web Pages that we can store/upload clients passwords and documentation and have them encrypted. So we can assign who has access to those passwords.
This is more of a bug of things I've noticed the last 30 days. 1) Last response and last boot times are very rarely ever correct. Fix it. 2) Please report when computers come back online properly. I have seen every computer I work on does not report this correctly. 3) Managed AV is hogging CPU on random computers. Real time GPS tracking on phones, tablets parents and PI's asking for.
I have many parents and PI's I work with who really want real time tracking on MDM phones, tablets, I've had many cases where young person turns up missing with family car and would help family and police to be able to provide more info on the GPS tracking, calls, text, anything we can offer.
