Multiple SMS numbers for alerts

I would really like to see the ability to have multiple SMS numbers specified for the alerts like you can for the Email alerts. We have a number of people that look after the systems and for redundancy we require multiple people to be alerted when a situation occurs on our mission critical systems. I could always pay for an SMS service and then get GFI to email the alert to that service but why should I pay for another ...more »

Alert emails need more details

The email alerts from GFI Cloud (AntiVirus in particular) contain no details, just the name of the affected endpoint and a link to the console. The emails must include: The details of threat which has been detected and quarantined; A link to the available security research about that threat (e.g. CVE, CERT); A link to that specific threat on that affected endpoint. Automatic Upload and Sharing Of Logs with Support

The Cloud application should have the ability to automatically upload logs to the cloud application for sharing for support. This option could be done automatically when an event occurs (i.e., a patch fails), or when initiated by an administrator (i.e., click the button to reprocess patches, set debug logs, and upload to the cloud). Web Protection - Reporting

Love the Web Protection feature - however without reporting it is only about 50% useful.

 

Reports are needed on a per user basis that would show, at a minimum, (a) all activity and (b) sites that were blocked. Time spent on a site as well as overall time browsing would be useful as well.

 

Not sure how you can release something without the ability to generate reports.
