Assign via E-Mail MISSING from LogicCards

Bring Back the Assign Task via e-mail option from LogicCards. We do not use the ServiceDesk option. We have tried several times, it's just not ready for prime time, missing features, etc.

We used the Assign via e-mail to send LogicCards to our support queue. This was fairly easy and USEFUL and now it's just gone.

Bring the option back!

client devices at risk of disconnecting from the dashboard

Looks like there is an issue with this LogicCard... Today I received the attached logic card warning that "38 client devices at risk of disconnecting from the dashboard " due to the upcoming certificate update. However, there is only one XP devices (pre SP3) in the dashboard. The list of affected devices included many other devices that should be unaffected.

LOGICcards Feedback should be simpler, not go to IdeaScale

This morning I received an email alert about a new LOGICcard: an urgent red alert that some devices are not running the latest MOB engine. The LOGICcard says that 991 of my devices are out of date. That's surprising since I have nowhere near that many devices. Why this is worth an email alert and most LOGICcards are not, I don't know. Why I get a High-Importance alert that MOB is not up to date, when NONE of my devices ...more »

Better contrast in Login box form

Whenever we have cleared our cookies and cache, we need to login again to logicCARDS (every morning actually). My question is this: Because you have used a shade of grey (no pun intended), that is so near white, it can be very difficult to see where to actually enter your credentials and PW. Would it be possible to make the areas of entry a darker colour, so that we don't have to use extra time on something like this? ...more »

Microsoft patch ********** may cause xxxxxxx to crash

Notifications of patches causing application crashes is awesome. What would make it more awesome is being able to see a list of all of my machines that have that patch installed, or pending. I know I can get that from Patch Management but having the list in the logic card, or a link to the Patch Management report with those parameters would be great.

Software version comparison

I would like to be able to find anomalous software versions within a given network. For instance, we have a client that scans documents. The software that they use for that is installed on 20+ machines. When updates are done, any that do not get the update don't play well with the newer ones. I would like to see LogicCards be able to define what the "normal" installed version is based on percentage of machines running ...more »

Lock / pop-out for the LOGICcards window

I would like to see the option to "lock" the LOGICcards window and/or to be able to open it in an pop-up. While working with the LOGICcards you will probably want to investigate / resolve notifications. Sometimes there are a couple of different clients / sites with the same problem, each that require a couple of steps "behind the scene's" (for example: long uptime, you want to check when backups run and schedule a restart ...more »
