There's a Logiccard which will give information regarding failed 2FA attempts. This Logiccard currently shows IP Address, City and Country, in addition to a date stamp. This should also display the username of the user failing the 2FA, so they can tell the user to change their password if it's been compromised. Then Android App needs a setting to be able to block notifications. It floods my phone with notifications on LogicCards and I had to uninstall it.
HP (and probably others) announces critical server fixes (like critical BIOS upgrades).
Could be nice to get info on which servers are affected.
I don't know if LogicCards could do this but it would be nice to go to the client with available information on maintenance windows.
If a user upgrades to Windows 10 - let us know it with logic cards. Or... In the summary tab by stating when the productname changed from 7,8.1 or whatever to 10.
It would be great to get notification of some system settings that were either changed or may in a susceptible state. I.E. if UAC has been reduced or turned off or if System Restore has been turned off or is inactive. Sometimes these settings get turned off for various reasons and not turned back on. It would be very proactive to see and correct these items before the system is compromised.
Is it possible to get a summary of all the different kinds of logiccards available to show? As of now, they appear in the dashboard and we have no opportunity to use this as a proactive step in a salesperspective.
I would LOVE to see Max Backup data in LogicCards also. IE: How many backups did not succeed last night... How many servers have old agents that did not take an update of Max Backup.... How many PCs have never run a backup successfully... or even deeper info: How many PCs have a backup window that is too short for the dataset To me, that sort of data would be very useful to see in our RM in LogicCards. Other PSA's need to be supported for the purpose of ticketing.
"No ServiceDesk users in your organization. Click to learn about ServiceDesk." when the Assign button is clicked. An alternative approach would be to have the LogicCard alerts automatically email to an email address.
