LogicCards improvements

A. We need to be able to retrieve dismissed logiccards. The undo isn't enough. We need an undelete. B. I would like to use the data to query my own information. Right now we at the mercy of LogicNow pushing what LogicNow thinks is relevant to MSP businesses. We would rather be able to extract the data were looking for. C. We need to be able to manage permissions to LogicCards. Not all users need to be able to dismiss, ...more »

LogicCards: Data on Max Backup also

I would LOVE to see Max Backup data in LogicCards also. IE: How many backups did not succeed last night... How many servers have old agents that did not take an update of Max Backup.... How many PCs have never run a backup successfully... or even deeper info: How many PCs have a backup window that is too short for the dataset To me, that sort of data would be very useful to see in our RM in LogicCards. Since we are ...more »

Dismissed card

Hi, is it possible to recover a dismissed card?

And a follow up request based on that question is to please move the "Dismiss all" button to another corner of the interface, I clicked "Dismiss all" when I wanted to sort of level of importance and now the cards are gone.

Best regards

/Simon

Better GUI when using no branding view

Amazing development! Amazing product! Thanks!

Suggestion:

Right now the Logiccards looks very nice when using branding/stock branding. However, when you turn off display of branding to get a bigger workspace view the button placement looks really strange.

Please do change this to a smaller icon when using the no branding view as it obstructs the view and looks strange.

Thanks!

Lock / pop-out for the LOGICcards window

I would like to see the option to "lock" the LOGICcards window and/or to be able to open it in an pop-up. While working with the LOGICcards you will probably want to investigate / resolve notifications. Sometimes there are a couple of different clients / sites with the same problem, each that require a couple of steps "behind the scene's" (for example: long uptime, you want to check when backups run and schedule a restart ...more »

Software version comparison

I would like to be able to find anomalous software versions within a given network. For instance, we have a client that scans documents. The software that they use for that is installed on 20+ machines. When updates are done, any that do not get the update don't play well with the newer ones. I would like to see LogicCards be able to define what the "normal" installed version is based on percentage of machines running ...more »

Easy way to print cards

We would like to see an easy way to print out one or more cards from the dashboard interface. The most logical option would be a "Print" button next to the "Assign," "Snooze," and "Dismiss" buttons at the bottom of a card. A button that prints all cards in the list or lets the user choose multiple cards to print would also be helpful. When the print button is clicked, the card(s) could be displayed in a print-friendly ...more »

Microsoft patch ********** may cause xxxxxxx to crash

Notifications of patches causing application crashes is awesome. What would make it more awesome is being able to see a list of all of my machines that have that patch installed, or pending. I know I can get that from Patch Management but having the list in the logic card, or a link to the Patch Management report with those parameters would be great.
