MSP N-central

Increase N-Central restore file size of 2 Gigs.

We have been a long time N-Central customer. Our backups are 15Gigs at the moment. When we have to restore, a call to support to help us FTP the backup onto the new N-Central server in order. Would be nice to lift this limit. I understand that there are space limits but on a new server it should be able to handle any size file theoretically.

Who/What Added Service to Device (Audit)

Like to have the ability to report or track what user or automation may have added a new service to a device. At this time there are no reports or audits that can be done for recently added services to a device. This is only available in the N-central back-end. The need to open a case to for support to uncover the detail should not be a must. If a user started unknown work and was unable to complete their task. This ...more »

Ability to alert on Outdated Agents

Have the ability to configure and send notifications based on the last time an agent has communicated with the NCentral server. The purpose would be to review this on a monthly basis and connect with clients about devices that are offline to help keep NCentral more organized.

I know there are filters and dashboards that can be created, but the ability to generate a PSA ticket would also be nice.

the current NOTIFICATIONS SENT report, exported to csv, does not show timestamps when the notification was sent. when viewing the report in a web browser it shows "time of transition" which gives us an idea of when the notification we sent, but we have to look up the notification delay. Please add date and time to the report

MSP Connect to show all monitors

Currently, when we use MSP Connect, we will only see one monitor. Where we do have the option to see the other monitor with a little "Monitors" button, it's not ideal as you still only see one monitor in a viable way. It would be great if we could expand the view to show both screens (or be more selective about which screens to show if there's more than 2) as it can make doing remote support that little bit easier.
