AV Status Script - Show AV Defender on All Devices

@chris.reid - The AV Status script no longer seems to detect av defender on desktops, let alone servers. I get that monitoring should occur with the av defender services, but surely having the script tell you this would be a good thing? Then we can run the one script across all devices in order to tell what av is being used ...more »

StatusIcon hoverover prioritize failed metrics/customizable list

In N-Central 11.1 the Feature to Show Service Metrics when hovering over a status icon was added. For Services with a huge number of Metrics the displayed list is cut off and not all services are shown. When those cutoff metrics result in a failing of the Service those are still not shown when hovering over the icon. This diminishes the usefulness of the hover-over feature. Autotask - use Parent Account Contract

In Autotask, many of our Accounts are children of another account. The Child account may not have a Contract of its own, but instead utilizes the Parent Account's contract. We are unable to assign the Parent Account contract in N-Central mapping. Please allow us to choose the Parent Account's contracts in customer mappings.

mobile app to work with two factor

i was told that the App will not work with accounts with two-factor turned on. i would like to see this completed.

 

it is security risk not to have the two-factor and in order to get my techs access on the mobile app i either have to turn it off or create a new user with out it.

 

this is not an acceptable option, and i cannot understand how it was overlooked?
