At Customer Level(Green) we have the option under Reports -> Events -> Incident Summary, we have the Device name only. Request is to also include the IP Address to locate the device more quickly.

For example if a pc is lost. The possibility to block the pc from using. So the person that has the pc, has to contact us to reblock the system.
Could you make it possible that when a automation script has been run we can put the output of the script into the body of an e-mail without having to mail it through a self defined smtp server. Now i use the Nofication Sussess Failed and Send task output file in Email. But this is in a zipped file and i would like to have it as the Body of the mail. Printer Cover Status service is limited and can't be used with service templates.
Specifically with removal templates where the index or description is a required field.
I would find it useful to have ability to choose which PSA ticketing recipients appear in the drop down when manually creating tickets. I would like to hide the ticket recipients that are associated with auto-ticket creation.
Patches with No Approval or Declined seem to report under "Nofiy if not actioned in X Days"
There should be an option to Not Report a Failure for Not Approved Patches
Example, if someone declines the Windows 10 Anniversary Update for a month, their patch patch status v2 should not report failed for that period. They shouldn't expect to have to adjust thresholds to avoid seeing Failures
It would be amazing if N-central could scan mounted volumes on a device and populate itself for monitoring volumes.
This would be a huge timesaver especially for shops that have Linux servers in the hundreds.
Zabbix does this exact thing so this can be done
