It would be nice to access the RAW data for all the delivered, queued, rejected, etc messages for troubleshooting purposes.
Would like the ability to have a link on the Email Scout Reports that are sent to customers. This way they can click on the link to get access to their control panel like what we saw in MSP Mail.
Is it possible to block creditcard data in mail to be compliant with PCI-DSS?
I have a customer that is refuting the release of a message from the digest email. A log search detailing the time and date, also the IP address and possibly the user should be available, so can I suggest this as an idea.
Would like to see the ability to search messages both Inbound and Outbound by the content within the body of the email message.

The MSP Mail provided the mail in a straightforward email format. The search features are nice, but end users are having trouble navigating to find what they need. Too many clicks for some to see the queued mail if the server is down. Can the emails be shown in a format similar to webmail for end users?

Inbound messages sent via null senders should be able to be blocked by recipient within mail assure.
Would like the ability to send out empty Email Scout Reports. In MSP Mail there was an option to send end-user empty digest reports in the event no spam was caught for them. I would like this ability as well for Email Scout Reports so the end-user still receives a report even if no spam is caught.
We are getting many outbound quarantined emails that should not be.
Support is telling us that outbound spam rules are dictated by the inbound filter settings.
Outbound spam filters should be a different set of settings so we do not compromise inbound filter rules.
Please allow an option for outbound settings
Currently we as a distributor can pull out usage reports for Mail Assure via https://usagereport.swmailassure.com/ We have been advised by support that only distributors are able to pull out these reports, however we've had requests from our partners to be able to pull out reports themselves.
