In the MSP Mail platform, users were allowed to specify enforcing TLS, enforcing TLS if possible, and not requiring it. These options are not available within the Mail Assure Platform. It would be nice to see these options within the Mail Assure platform and grant control over how certain domains process emails and handle TLS directly. Log entries do not show up in searches for several minutes. This makes real-time debugging of email issues very difficult. The emails arrive in the user's inbox long before (if they show up) any log messages show up in Mail Assure.
Currently there is no way to change the date/time format of the TIME column in protection reports. This column doesn't use the default date/time setup chosen in the Admin level control panel, Settings page. It uses yyyymmdd (no dash or / )and then military time making it hard to read for my U.S. based customers, they are all U.S. based.
I know you can create a ESR via Log Search (preview) and then send it out daily to a recipient and I know you can configure Automatic ESR's through Domain Settings. What I would like to see is that we have the ability to customize a log search preview and then create a ESR off that search as we can currently do but instead of sending it to one recipient configure it to send to ALL recipients.
