A message which is sent to a couple of users within one domain at the same time has the same message id.
But when that messages gets marked as spam, and one user clicks on release, all users receive that email.
It should be that only the user releasing the email, receives the mail. otherwise, when te email is spam, all original users receive that spam message with all potential risks.
The invoice should contain the total cost and breakdown for each domain, as currently it shows the total cost for all domains
Currently LDAP authentication is only possible by providing the valid LDAP username/password. This was implemented by design, to avoid the requirement for elevated LDAP permissions. However if the LDAP mailbox sync is used, such elevated permissions are already granted. Currently we as a distributor can pull out usage reports for Mail Assure via https://usagereport.swmailassure.com/ We have been advised by support that only distributors are able to pull out these reports, however we've had requests from our partners to be able to pull out reports themselves. In MSP Mail, partners were able to download these reports. Not only for the previous and current month but also further back. ...more »
Log entries do not show up in searches for several minutes. This makes real-time debugging of email issues very difficult. The emails arrive in the user's inbox long before (if they show up) any log messages show up in Mail Assure.
