Currently LDAP authentication is only possible by providing the valid LDAP username/password. This was implemented by design, to avoid the requirement for elevated LDAP permissions. However if the LDAP mailbox sync is used, such elevated permissions are already granted. we need a function in mail assure archives to deface mails. The german law to forget is one of the new laws regarding data protection (gobd, dsgvo) and needs a function to blacken / whiteout mails.
In the MSP Mail platform, users were allowed to specify enforcing TLS, enforcing TLS if possible, and not requiring it. These options are not available within the Mail Assure Platform. It would be nice to see these options within the Mail Assure platform and grant control over how certain domains process emails and handle TLS directly. Log entries do not show up in searches for several minutes. This makes real-time debugging of email issues very difficult. The emails arrive in the user's inbox long before (if they show up) any log messages show up in Mail Assure.
Right now when you create a admin in Mail Assure you can transfer domains to that admin. However, if you transfer a domain to an admin you are unable to transfer that domain to another admin to manage as well as it will switch the admin who was last assigned the domain.
