API calls history Username is "internal" for report actions

Users carry out actions by clicking in their quarantine reports (for example they click on "Release and Train" for a particular email). When looking in API calls history on the Mail Assure console, the username listed is "Internal" and the Client IP is blank. It would be much better if the username reflected the quarantine report that did the action (e.g. quarantine report for user@company.com means that Username = ...more »

Provision of Mail Servers which only use IPv4

Some mail servers are having trouble connecting to Mail Assure via IPv6 due to a connection point not supporting IPv6, and so the sending mail server may, in some cases, need to create a provision to default to IPv4 in order to send mail successfully.

In the same vein as the region-specific mail servers, can servers be provided that exclusively support IPV4, that domains can opt in to use to avoid this issue?

Edit Email Scout Reports without having to delete current ones

When changing or adding times for the email scout reports, users currently have to remove all existing instances of the reports and then allow the next scheduled time to run before these appear in the list.

Would like to be able to change or add a time without having to remove the existing ones.

Make Compose and Reply to Email More Full Featured

With MaxFocus in both replying and composing, you could add CC and BCC to your message. With MailAssure, you can only do that with Composing. With Reply, you cannot see who the message will go to, nor can you add recipients like CC or BCC. So need the ability to add CC or BCC and see who the email is going to. (Though it's implied). Also, it would be great to be able to add an attachment. And since you have to CC ...more »

Spoofed Link Exceptions

Mail Assure will detect "Phishing.Heuristics.Email.SpoofedDomain" - a possible 'Spoofed' link in a legitimate email. This is usually when a link says ones domain but directs to another domain. This is very common in phishing and email spoofing. Some companies are now using services such as Symantec Click-time URL protection https://support.symantec.com/en_US/article.HOWTO125795.html When a customer of Mail Assure ...more »

Reset Queue for queued messages

I think that would be a good idea. I can see where it is very useful to

kick off the Queue. Let's say I take down a mail server for a few days for

technical reasons. When we bring it back up the end users are going to

want that queued email ASAP, not in the 2 hours or more it will take the

queue to retry on it's own.
