When transferring files there is a lot of white space i the queue files pane. Either allow the tech to adjust the column sizing so that we can see what the folder paths are for the files in queue or have the column automatically readjust based on screen size.

We are an MSP, as such we use Mail Assure platform with our branding. Currently our customers if they don't know their logins, they can click on the 'retrieve log-in link' on the main login page on the portal. This will email users a link to reset their password. There is no way to currently pre-fill data for the "Request Assistance" form that a client needs to fill out for Name, Customer # and Email. The data for these fields is entered in by our support department when we are adding the agent to their computers so that they show up under "My Computers" in SolarWinds N-Able MSP Anywhere. Include the IP address of the session initiator (tech) in the session history report especially when exporting the report.
Can MSP Anywhere be configured so that it either locksout after 10 or fewer attempts or limits the login attempts to no more than 10 within a 5 minute period?
If I'm scheduling appointments, and I schedule the start for 2 days in the future at 4pm, the end time stays on today at 8:30am. Create mechanism for Redirect access to the queue of the analyst who has fewer sessions.

The start API has support for specifying a tech to connect to, but there is currently no method of grabbing currently online tech's. The workarounds are less than ideal. We can either: 1. Present a static list. But...if the tech is not online, the entire group gets the request 2. A customer may use the Request Assistance feature when a tech is not currently assigned to the queue. It is important that in these instances, we still get notified when a customer has used this feature. As of now, there is no way to know if a customer had requested assistance unless we have someone signed into the software.
When using MSP Connect to connect to a MacOS system, the System Shell runs as root.
Would like to see an option to either run the system shell as root or to Log on as another user.
this is to be able to run commands that require to run as a specific user like filevault.
sudo fdesetup removerecovery -personal
will not run because root is not a registered user in filevault by default.
