The grey bars at the top and bottom of Take Control waste 20%+ percent of the screen. Screen real estate when remoting is incredibly precious given the large form at of Windows 2012 and Windows 10. The MSP Anywhere console (BASEClient.exe) and Remote Console (BAConsoleApp.exe) do not currently handle DPI scaling on high DPI displays. As a result the interface elements are extremely small. We can work around this with the manifest trick in Windows 10, but it's a bit of annoying and the regkey that allows this to work does not seem to be persistent between major Windows updates like the creators update. How about the entry level for MSP Anywhere NOT costing $600/year. ConnectWise has a FREE entry level that has one active connection and 3 nodes. You really need to look at your competitors and actually try to be competitive. 300 agents is not entry level and most startup MSPs such as ours can't affor 50/month for each thing and we don't have that many break-fix AND we already have n-central.
