Granular Control once in Take Control Application

Looking for the ability to set level of access within Take Control itself (being able to lock out other tabs within the Take Control Application).


Example, have a new technician in the company using Take Control with a client and limiting them to just the Remote Desktop tab of the application.

"Blank Screen' and 'Block Remote Keyboard and Mouse'

End-users need the ability to blank the screen as well. We have a new client who wants the ability to connect in to their computer and work in QuickBooks. Their computer is not is a locked office so anyone that is in that office would be able to see what she's doing. I set her up with an account and told her that was a feature of the product only to find it greyed out when I went to show her.

Histórico de Sessões

No painel antigo, em Relatórios, era possível filtrar o cliente para ter na tela o Total de Sessões e Tempo total em sessões, isso facilitava bastante o envio desse relatório para o cliente. Hoje no painel novo o filtro continua existindo da mesma forma, porém nos resultados não existe nenhum consolidando o total de horas de um determinado cliente. E-mail Salvo Quando For Acionado

Hoje no "DETALHES DO CLIENTE" salvamos o e-mail do cliente. Se puxarmos o acesso, ao finalizar o atendimento vem a tela "ENVIAR O RELATÓRIO PARA O SEGUINTE E-MAIL:" (o e-mail já vem preenchido). Mas quando o cliente chama, e encerramos a sessão não vem com o e-mail preenchido, tendo o trabalho de sempre ter que conferir qual o e-mail e sempre ter que digitar ao encerrar uma sessão. Ability to create your own permission templates

When adding a technician profile in the Admin Area, you can select the Permissions Template to automatically configure the Permissions for the technician. However, there is no way to create your own templates. This will be useful so that you can specify a template for multiple technician profiles and updating the template will update the permissions for all the technicians.

Save Session History Notes

In the Problem Description and Session History sections of the MSP Anywhere Technician Console, there are places to take notes, but they are not saved on the console or in the Admin Area.


I would like the ability to save notes in the console, and be able to view them later on the console and in the Admin Area Session History section.
