Since we aggregate the data for the last 28 days of backups, it'd be convenience to have this information available to export so our customers can show their clients without needing to demonstrate through the Backup Manager window.

Other backup software is enabling the CBT (Changed Block Tracking) feature on the VMware VM's through SDK. It seems that Solarwinds Backup is not doing that and we need to enable it ourselves in advanced options. This is cumbersome and not user friendly.
Please add this ability!
Would like to see the option to change the time/ date format.
It is currently only a 12 hour format and MM/DD/YY.
Please allow to view this as a 24 hour clock and date as DD/MM/YY.
Should be able to setup event based/one time notification in backup.management instead of the Cloud Management Console.

I would like to select multiple selections and have these run in different schedules.
I would also like to have independent retention periods for each selection/schedule.
I want to send a filtered dashboard to my clients every week to show their selected data size. I can only send a scheduled report to a user with an account in Backup Management Console. I don't want my clients to have access to the portal so please allow external email addresses to be added as a recipient of scheduled reports.
I have created a set of really useful dashboard views which I cannot share with other engineers. The only option is for each tech to set the view for themselves. Please make dashboard views public. Additionally, I email dashboard views daily into support to show failed backups and failed states (LSV, VDR, etc). There is no way for other techs to see who's sending these emails or manage them. Please implement Sharepoint backup alongside OneDrive, Exchange, in Cloud to Cloud.
Restore reports only show if we are looking at the recovery console or the device that ran the restore. Email reports show the number of errors but not information ont he errors.
We should be able to see all the information from a device on the Backup Dashboard and from reports so that we can provide better support
Put the Generate key button in the menu, but grey it out for manager level user vs SuperUser so there is some kind of indication that we don't have the password.

Need more filetype support than just .qbb.
Unable to confirm choices / other annoyances with using the Recovery Console at 800x600. Please provide support for this resolution.
Currently the way Backup Accounts are automatically named in RMM Backup & Recovery, it is tedious to figure out which registered account is assigned to which device in the dashboard.
If there is no direct sync of device names to backup account names, a possible workaound would be a user defined field, which we could manually populate with information, such as Client / Site and Device Name.
Raise or remove the limitation for viewing all sub-folders within a folder when selecting an alternative restore location during restores.
Currently if there are too many subfolders not all will be displayed. This means in order to restore we need to use command line or restore to a different folder.
Please remove the limitation to allow all subfolders to be displayed. Even if it's paged.
