Something that we've run in to here is that we currently use a remote access tool for our end users, and each user only has access to their own PC We had hoped that Take Control would allow us to replace this additional system, but two things stopped us. 1. In order to limit the user down to just their PC we'd need to create a site for each PC, a bit of a pain, but doable - however this then left us with a reporting ...more »

we would like to have an additional button in the AV Tab to clear the the corresponding tab contents.
This would help with keeping clear sight on the important contents rather than being overwhlemed with content that has already been dealt with.
Please add support for Windows Intune Endpoint Protection Agent for the SolarWinds RMM Antivirus Update Check
We need this endpoint protection added to the list of AV checks so we can monitor machines. A lot of our clients will be moving to this platform since they rely heavily on Office 365. This is a must have!
Please can we have agent support for core mode installations of Windows 2012 R2 and Windows 2016
currently the check for MAV BitDefender can only set to fail when successfully quarantining a threat, however that is not always possible (threat inside a currently used pst for example). Please allow us to let the check fail on finding a threat, not just on quarantining it.
thank you for your consideration.
If I apply a template to a system to check for a running service and that service doesn't exist on the system, the check doesn't get applied. For example, I use a template to push out ShadowProtect. It contains an automated task to do the initial install and several checks (backup check, services, event log, etc.). Since ShadowProtect isn't actually installed yet, the service checks don't get created. I now have to apply ...more »
There should be an option to 3rd party AV checks to fail if virus definitions are out of date by x days, instead of failing every time it doesn't have the latest definitions.
It would be nice if there were an ability to set a Automation Manager variable per-client, and then have the Automation Manager use that variable. For example, let's say you wanted to use Automation Manager to set a DNS server for each client statically, but wanted different clients to use different IP addresses. I think it'd be nice if you could go into the dashboard, edit a client, and maybe under the tab of "Executive ...more »
The backup check of the dashboard is only supporting Arcserve up to Version 6 at the moment with version 6.5 the agent seems to be unable to recognize any of the backup jobs.
This software has been released for quite some time now so it would be a great addition to the check.
Thank you for your consideration.
At the moment Automated Tasks for Linux servers is not available. It would good if we can get this implemented as it would enable the execution of custom scripts, e.g. rkhunter checks, AV checks, corrective action based on common reports, diagnostic reporting scripts, etc., to be executed without having to physically log on to machines via SSH. It could be as simple as having the scripts uploaded to the server in /usr/local/rrmagent/tasks ...more »
I recently ran into a situation where I learned that the 24x7 MAV check really only checks for deep scans. So, even though the check name is 'Managed Antivirus Check - Bitdefender' (implying it is checking to make sure all is OK with the MAV application)... it only checks to make sure deep scans are running. I think this is a little shortsighted. Any IT/Security person will say that a properly functioning Antivirus ...more »
