This red flag is annoying and useless. If an open ticket receives any kind of a message from the client user it gets a red flag. Really? How many times does a user respond with a quick "Thanks", or "Sounds good"? This should not set off a RED FLAG! But okay, say it does...I should be able to just clear it in the RMM interface. Run a report to show like a change log of things done on a specific device.
A report that would show what software update was run, or when updates were applied, etc.

The network scanner uses primary network interface for scans. It is not possible to switch the interface, nor to use more than primary interface for scanning.
Please add functionality to use more interfaces for scanning than primary NIC.

It would be nice to have a report or another mechanism where we can downlaod the Trace Text that Bit Defender lists under the threats tab.
There should be a way to run bitdefender in safe mode when cleaning up the device.

For each client, we add at least one site. If a client has a head office and 3 branch offices then we create 4 sites and name them according to location. We then add devices to a site based on a given known location, however what if we don't know where the client is going to deploy the device (i.e. laptop), or what if the device gets redeployed to another site? It would be extremely beneficial to know which Hyper-V guests are running on which Hyper-V host servers. It doesn't matter which way it gets displayed -- a guest that shows what host it's on, or a host that lists the guests running on it -- as long as we had a way of finding out in the south pane. I'm thinking maybe somewhere in the Summary tab would work well.
As of right now the mav interface on desktops and servers is not password protected . So any user or malicious software can stop the program and/or service. This is important for a lot of customers!
I would like to have the ability to have the DCS DISK HEALTH CHECK option on other disk drives and not just the main one.
It would be helpful to be able to clear the Managed Antivirus Check when a scan is disabled on purpose.
