MSP Remote Monitoring & Management
I turned on Network Management at a client I took over, and discovered that some devices had SNMP turned off. I went into each one and re-configured the settings. I'd like to re-run a device query so that I can pick up the extended monitoring checks offered by SNMP.
I would like to be able to use the same credentials to login to the Customer Support Portal that are used to login to RMM, Take Control Plus, MSP Manager, Backup and Recovery, etc.
SSO has been implemented on these products, and I would like this to be implemented into the Customer Support Portal so I can use a single set of credentials for all SolarWinds Products and Customer Support.
There should be an option to set an expiration for Site installation packages. Or limit use to how many installs before it forces you to create a new one.
It would be helpfull if it was posible to use "Asset tracking - software" to deinstall programs/applications on a computer.
Right click on software under "Name", confirm deinstall, with or with out reboot.
Our partners are requesting that we give them the ability to reset 2FA if their user lost the recovery key. Currently, our process is to contact support to reset the account and setup 2FA again.

It would be nice to have a feature report that indicated whether a feature is installed or not on a device. This should be for all features - right now, there is no way to run a report that shows you how many devices have Network Discovery on. for instance.

There should be a search function that allows you to quickly locate clients when navigating RMM. For larger MSP's with lots of clients, cntrl + F does not reliably pull up data for example when in Managed Anti-Virus Settings. If there was a search bar built in it would save larger MSP's a lot of time when making changes to clients.
We are using a warning/failed filter on disk, connectivity, cpu, memory, agent status. We are displaying this on a dashboard. We want to have an alarm sound when a device is added on the dashboard, so we can act faster. There is an option to send an email to a mailbox and use the mail client to alarm, but that is not what we want. It should be a native feature right?
