Event-ID check auto-clear

When Configuring checks like SNMP/OID checks don't work (in our case), we found event-id's coming from the HP system management console along with the event-sources. We can configure the event-sources as a 24x7 check in RMM, and RMM detects them nicely and generates faults when a piece of hardware (e.g. Harddisk) fails. Upon the next check (approx 5 min.) the check automatically clears. So if we don't notice the faulty ...more »

Patch Management scheduled reports.

There is no way currently to see (other than manually going through each site one by one) the scheduled sites/servers/PCs that are automatically set to update. Language of email messages must be selectable for each site

We have many customers with branch offices / sites in different countries. The IT staff of this branch offices must be informed about rmm outages (including server and workstation reports and CEO report) in their specific language. Therefore the language settings must be availabe at branch office / site level. Otherwise they do not understand the messages and the rmm message system is useless for such customers.

Multiple Default Monitoring Templates

It would be nice if we could 'stack' monitoring templates to a site. What I mean by this is that, say, for example, you have a standard workstation check with all of the settings that you want to apply to new workstations. Then, for a client, you just need to roll out on an additional check to the standard set. With the current setup, you need to create a new template just for this client. The issue is that if a change ...more »
