NetPath - add an edit feature for existing paths

Please add the ability to edit existing paths inside NetPath.

At the moment there is no functionality regarding this kind of interaction leading to the problem of needing to readd a whole path even if only a port adress had changed in one the monitored urls.

Thank you for your consideration.

Create a feature like NetPath from Solarwinds for use in RM

I have used this software at my previous company and found it extremely useful, the ability to use this within remote monitoring for our clients would be such a help. It allows you to set a start and end point and run a continuous ping on the path, it shows you stats from transit likelihood and time between hops where the failures lie in the network trail with a 3rd party. Watch the video here to see what you're missing ...more »

Please Add Session Timeout Options for the Portal

Please add a setting which allows you to set the desired session timeout value. For instance, it would be great to be allowed to be logged in for one working day even if you don't click around every two minutes. This is the same request that's was made for the MSP Service Desk. As the administrator of the portal I would like to have control over the log out time. I assume the risk if I change away from the default setting. ...more »

Add North pane filter for active workstations

Please add a North Pane filter (via additional selection) for 'Active' workstations. You can currently select All, Problem, 24x7 Problem, DSC problem, or offline but, frequently, I want to perform a task on all 'Active' workstations.

'Active' may mean all online workstations or stations that have checked in in the last n minutes (user defined).

disable IP Whitelisting for specific users

Please let us disable IP whitelisting for specific users.

While there are many of us who agree that IP whitelisting is generally a good idea to enhance security, it is not-so-well implented for the most part in Germany.

We have many customers who do not have static IPs and thus would need to re-confirm their location / IP **frequently** .

As you'd imagine this hinders working with MSP RMM.

Fix Dashboard Login

Can we get the dashboard login fixed? I see at least 2 redirects when signing into https://dashboard.systemmonitor.us and when logging out I am redirected to https://www.navigatorlogin.com/oauthlogin? Where if I log in again redirects again... Oh look at that, as I was trying to write and explain this, I am getting a IP restriction from the same IP I was just logged into. Nice. //Goes to email to approve IP//. Now I ...more »

Ability to list all devices under a selected customer or site

This functionality is more or less there if we select all customers then search for the specific customer or site we are interested in to filter through. The problem arises only when we select a customer or site. We are only given the option to list server, workstations or mobile devices. It would be nice if we could list all devices based on the selected customer so we have a better view of that single customer. thanks ...more »

MSP Anywhere: Turn Wallpaper Black upon connecting

Hi,

it would be good to have the option to turn the background black when establishing a connection to a clients system as an additional visual indicator. This could be available as an additional checkbox in the policies or baseline, whatever can be integrated better.

Thank you for your consideration.

Kind regards.
