The ability to pre-define CDP's as dropdrop options (or radio buttons, yes/no, etc). So when someone goes to change a CDP on a device, they're presented with the only available options and don't have to refer to external documentation (also: if perhaps there could be the additional comment field that allows a description of what the CDP option does). Because I have hundreds of filters but only perhaps a half dozen of them do I use for patch management filtering.
It would be awesome if we could setup groups for filters (similar to active directory group memberships). have a list of all of our filters, select which filters we want to be in a certain group and then users can chose which group of filters they want to see in their drop downs for a use case scenario our service desk team needs to see a different set of filters than our server team or network teams do. If I have a client I've assigned 30 AVD licenses to and something attempts to draw a 31st license, I'd like to be able to define a notification to ticket process for that.
Sometimes it would be really useful to use the dashboards ability to filter down devices based on multiple service statuses with the functionality of the other views eg
all devices - update monitoring software or active issues - scan now against a specific service,
without having to resort to having 3 tabs open and do it all separately.
When pulling down the main SO menu to choose a client or site, the name of each client is highlighted in light blue when you hover over them with the mouse. Apply the same color highlight when using the keyboard please. I use the KB more often, replace our MSP company name with a few characters from the client name I'm looking for, and then arrow down to the client I want. Add the same Task Menu that you get when viewing All Devices once you click on and view the details of a Device. It's not intuitive to see a limited Task menu when inside the Agent and without training our guys wouldn't know a more complete Task Menu is available if they back out one level and few all the devices and check the box for a specific device. At least include Scripting and Downtime Windows. Thanks!

Since User permission isn't required for the n-central agent's direct support, i don't think this is any more of a privacy concern. It would be nice if we could have a toggle to have the request user permission prompt only apply to remote control rather than the entire feature set. It would be very useful so that rather than free-text input, we had the option of tickboxes, pre-filled dropdown selection, radio button's etc.
Bonus points for being able to link the selection choice back to cdp values, dropdown choice etc.
Currently someone would need to know the exact name of the task, and whether it was a script or amp in order to schedule it, which severely limits the use of Automation. Just like everyone else, our technicians can't be expected to memorize the name and function of every task in order to use the product.
