Better formatting of digest report

As we are migrating clients from MSP Mail to Mail Assure, the format of the daily HTML digest email from Mail Assure is harder to deal with, in my opinion, as it requires users to scroll horizontally (left/right) to access the links to release or white/black list a specific item The format of the MSP Mail digest was much easier to view and see, I do like the additional links on the Mail Assure.digest to release, release ...more »

Viewing possible spam emails

With MSP Mail, users were able to go to the web site interface and view all of the emails that were being quarantines as possible spam (that is, those emails being reported via their daily digest). But in Mail Assure there's no such quick access to a similar list. Instead, if you click on the "Spam Quarantine" link along the left, that only displays those emails that were permanently blocked. We need a link on the left ...more »

Global and default sender whitelist/blacklist

Currently it is not possible to create rules for global or default filtering in Mail Assure, only on domain level.

This means that if an MSP would like to add a search criteria to a blacklist or whitelist, they have to do it for each domain, which will be time consuming for MSPs with tens or hundreds of customers in Mail Assure.

Migration tools for ingesting email

Several archive vendors offer migration tools to help with ingestion of email into the archive. Since this is a manual process for MailAssure, it would be very helpful to have IMAP (at a minimum) and MAPI tools to login to the existing accounts and ingest all email from all folders for a specified date range (or all mail) to the MailAssure archive. The tool would ideally be web-based such that it could run in any environment ...more »

Reduce IP space used for delivering email (e.g. to O365)

As the Mail Assure delivery IP addresses frequently change, it can be hard to manage a large number of firewall/O365 deployments to restrict email from the Mail Assure IP space. The header-based alternative described in the KB (https://kb.spamexperts.com/36683-delivery-restriction-examples/286647-office-365) can be spoofed, and hence is not 100% secure. A better alternative should be provided which cannot be spoofed and ...more »

Link at bottom of daily spam email not acceptable

On the daily spam email digest, there is a link at the bottom of the page labeled "To access your quarantine or unsubscribe from this automatic report, please click here". The clickable link provided takes the user directly to the web page to unsubscribe. As an MSP providing this service, I do not want to provide users with an easy way to unsubscribe from the digest. The clickable link should take them instead directly ...more »

Automatically detect if an address is primary or alias

Currently if someone sends an email to a recipient which is not listed under local recipients or aliases, a new local recipient will be created regardless of the email address sent to is an alias or a primary address. Mail Assure should be able to detect if the address is a primary address or an alias and for aliases automatically assign it to the right recipient. With a system that is mainly automated it seems strange ...more »
