Stop requesting credentials on remote port 5000 connections

Prior to version 18.6, the Backup Manager supported LAN connections to port 5000 on other devices to view that device's Backup Manager, provided that the device's Backup credentials were entered. Since 18.6, users are still challenged for credentials despite the fact that, even if they enter the correct credentials, the user is then told they can no longer connect for security purposes. MSP Backup: Recover files without folder tree

Raised on behalf of PerCom Automatisering Bv: When restoring to a different location, the ability to restore files/folders without the full (from root) folder path would be a significant quality of life improvement. For example, a restore of three different folders from three different locations on the source drive will require additional navigation through the restored folder tree, with the way things currently are. ...more »

Restore selection

Ever since the product changed the restore date selection to this calendar-like style it is actually very difficult to figure out the oldest restorable session for a device. There is currently no better way to check for this besides checking for archives in "clean archives" dialogue and otherwise scroll back to the end of product-defined retention period. automaticly filter cloud services

Resellers usually have loads of end-customers who employ some kind of cloud service on their system, like google drive, onedrive, dropbox etc. Usually these are just mounted and not actually on the device, so if you try to back up these files you'd get error messages like "access to the cloud file is denied". It would be handy if these files were automaticly excluded, or if there was an option to exclude these files ...more »
