Allow scheduled shutdown as well as reboot from the dashboard. This would help when companies have workmen coming in before our support hours that require the power to be turned off.
When creating a new user can you add a field to include the users phone number so this comes up automatically when creating a new ticket.
Can this field also be added when importing users from a csv file?
By default there is 6-digit ticket ID numbering, its best if we can modify this to simplify tracking, it is even hard to pronounce ticket that long to a customer or a colleague.
It would be nice if you could switch some of the many checks made in this script. My customers battery will never work on a one raid, so the check will fail every day, even it's a known error and there are nothing to do about this.

it would be nice if the software in use with GFI MAX in asset tracking showed installation date and Version.
TeamViewer and Advanced Monitoring Agent are two good examples on such software, but also AV products we support, might have been upgraded to a version we don't support - and then it would be nice to be able to find this information in asset tracking.
GFI Cloud is a great application however for my industry(IT Consulting) it would be an irreplaceable application if we could monitor different sites easily. To have the ability to see Site A vs Site B vs Site C. I realize the licensing could be an issue here because different clients would be involved but there must be some way to do this, rather than logging in to each client separately and so forth.
I think it would be nice if we had a "Select All" option for the Managed AV quarantine. It's rather a PITA to have to Ctrl+click heavily infected machines.

The reason for this is if you want performed these maintenance jobs have to let her worksation turned on after hours. If you do not want it so must be on all night or even a week-end, the shutdown switch could provide closure and thereby save power.
It would be nice, and make the alerts much more informative, if it was also possible to include the threshold that was set, and was exceeded to make the alert happen. Examples: An alert is sent, a servers is having 643 pages/sec. That itself says very little. If the threshold is set on 600, it is just a small one, if the threshold is 200, it is a large one.
