It would be useful to be able to filter services that are in a disabled state in the Active Issues page. This can currently be done already by unselecting all the status' in the filter and selecting the services you are interested in. It is ridiculous that this many years in and we *still* can't filter down for particular service instances. eg I don't want to see the overall service state for all processes, windows services. I only care about the specific ones I want for this particular dashboard. Yes, we can create our own custom services to work around this, but thats a workaround we should not still be having to make. seems stupid that I either need to click back to active issues or the device/service overview page to create a ticket when I'm actually in the section that shows what needs investigating.
There is currently the option to Edit multiple devices in Active Issues, but say you are looking for issues that relate to Windows Agents or AV Defender product being out of date, there is currently no way to upgrade these devices on mass. Suggest add "Upgrade Monitoring Software" to this window.
