Since KES 11 is release since a few days, it would be nice that RMM can support virus database check on KES 11
ATM, KES 11 is not detected by RMM.
The monitoring service connectivity exists on each windows device, but the default windows firewall blocks incoming ICMP request.
During installation of the agent, is it possible to create a firewall rule to allow this traffic so that this service isn't in error by default.

Patch Management / Languard should show Date Installed, even if not installed by Languard. Many of the patches have the information available, e.g. when querying Windows Update. It is nice to know if Languard installed a patch, or not, so perhaps add another column to South Pane for that indication.
When a Release Candidate (RC) agent is promoted to GA and there is no new RC agent released especially the Edit Workstation/Server dialog confuses the customers because the Agent vxx.x.x RC naming is shown in the Update Agent drop-down menu instead of the normal GA naming (see attached pictures). It is very disruptive to not know when the last connection was by a client device especially during mass updates. This will help Techs as well as managers, customers, etc... I would like to have a icon in the lower panel with an option to have a pop message telling the end user you are pushing or doing an operation.
In particular, if I am upgrading the probe, agent, pushing a 3rd party app, or managed AV I want the ability to see it happening on the client end in real time as an optional setting.
It just needs to be a bit element that says it starts, and says it completes.
It would be handy if the N-Central agent supported an offline agent install for those cases when internet access to check for the connection back to the n-central server has not been provisioned yet, is temperamental, or is just plain down.
It would be great if the logo selection for the taskbar application changed to the policy setting area, because then you could use individual settings for individual customers and sites.
At the moment an admin with appropriate permissions for the taskbar application always changes the logo for ALL other customers, even if this is not desired.
We have scripts that reference the agent and probe installers at e.g. "https://ncentral.example.com/download/220.127.116.117/winnt/N-central/WindowsProbeSetup.exe". Whenever we update N-Central or port a script to our test environment running the beta version, we have to manually adjust the link in the script to point to the current version. Providing a link without a version component would make our job a lot easier.
With the "Reinstall Agent" task introduced in version 11.1.1, I would like an option to specify a notification in the event of either success or failure. This way the Tech who initiated the task will be able to immediately take action after the reinstall completes and/or fails, instead of refreshing the jobs screen to know when the task has completed.
