Currently there is no way to search for information like Serial Number or Asset Tag in the "All Devices" screen. Currently the only way to perform this kind of search is to start creating a filter and sort by "Hardware > System Serial Number > Contains". Please separate the warranty from the status and provide a column that has the warranty date.
You could also mark the date font as a color (like red) if expired. This eliminates the need to change the color of the device status so it can remain green when unit is working correctly, but still gives the tech that ability to see it's under warranty at a glance.
Looking at MCCS and Kaseyra have this ability
It is very disruptive to not know when the last connection was by a client device especially during mass updates. This will help Techs as well as managers, customers, etc... We have the following situation: Our support technicians have access to most of our customers, but not all - e.g. some customers who quit their contract but are still in N-Central. No technician should see them, edit them or get alarms from them.
