Would it be possible o have a nines of uptime check / column in the dashboard? I understand it cannot be that accurate and may not be "admissible" as evidence for uptime calculations but it would be interesting if we can rank servers by amount of uptime experienced over a rolling number of months (1, 3, 6, 12?) and maybe a filter that will show servers with less than 2, 3 4 nines of uptime so we can investigate at a ...more »
Is it possible to get a summary of all the different kinds of logiccards available to show? As of now, they appear in the dashboard and we have no opportunity to use this as a proactive step in a salesperspective.
We would like to have more control over the Email and SMS notifications in MAXX. For instance, a client has a higher SLA which states we are standby for the customer from 07:00 till 22:00. We would like to be able to set the reporting and notifications to these times. AND if possible be able to set who will be notified during these times and who to notify outside those times.
