Request for Connectwise integration into the Backup & Recovery Web Console (https://backup.management) include the ability to create a ticket in Connectwise, similar to N-Central's integration.
I would like to have an encryption type column available in the Cloud Management Console. This would provide an easy way to show auditors that all backups are encrypted.
Currently the information is only available by clicking pcs in the CMC individually and looking through the "audit" option

It would great to have a repository to be able to install many kinds of software as s service, like Office 365, and charge monthly by units installed, like we have with the managed antivirus.
I understand Remote Background Management (Remote Tools) doesn't support interactive commands. However, it would be good to be able to have interactive support so commands can be paused for display per page (eg. dir /p, type file | more) or interrupted with CTRL-C. I know you can set an expiration date in the cloud management console. We will sign clients up for a year. It be nice to have a Warning sent out when the expiration date is close.
More flexibility with the cloud notification emails would be useful.
For example, the option to turn off email notifications when anti virus quarantines items, but maintain notifications for the Monitoring alerts.
Some programs are unique in a company and aren't supported in the GFI Cloud Patchmanagement. So, my idea is, thai I can upload a EXE-File to the Patchmanagement and the Patchmanagement would distributes and installs that file on all computers in my network.
We have had issues with horrendous conflicts between Languard in the cloud application and Microsoft automatic updates. Support has just told me that best practice is to disable the automatic update service on systems enabled for GFI patch management. I have used another cloud backup software that allows you to backup ONLY to local storage or network storage without backing up to the cloud at all. Since there is no cloud storage they simply charge a software license monthly fee of $5 to use their software.
I have several customers that love this and I need GFI MAX Backup to support this before moving all our customers over. PLEASE ADD! :)
Please provide the ability to set automatic installation of patches to a group dependent on successful installation of patches for a different group. I set a group of "test" systems to automatically deploy patches when released, but I manually install patches for the "production" systems group.
