Limit simultaneous remote control sessions

I would like an option to globally, or per customer restrict the number of concurrent remote control / remote management sessions. For customers with certain compliance requirements, we need to ensure we can account for every remote control session and change made on a per-tech basis. Enable editing devices from SO-Level - not only customer level

We have the following situation: Our support technicians have access to most of our customers, but not all - e.g. some customers who quit their contract but are still in N-Central. No technician should see them, edit them or get alarms from them. Unattended remote access report.

We would like to be able to report on devices based on their remote control method, and whether unattended access is configured. A "who changed this" would be great as well.


This would be useful to determine compliance in situations that require this information, and to easily let our clients know when they ask for this information.

Log Take Control file transfer activity

In addition to session start and end, I'd like to see file transfer activity in the Take Control report. The logging should include the name and size of the file(s) transferred and the direction of the transfer Some of our customers with regulatory or other security requirements require that all data transfers (by employees and service providers) be logged.

Improvements for MSP Connect

Show a pop-up window confirming the tech has disconnected from the session. We often stay connected accidentally or the client wants to be sure we are disconnected. We usually close the blue pop-up window showing that "So and So has Connected" remotely, but we also need a confirmation saying when we've DISconnected. Allow the End User to disconnect if desired. Branding Improvements to MSP Anywhere

Currently with Teamviewer there are options to add a display photo and customise the text that's displayed when you remotely access a machine. With the introduction of MSP Anywhere last year, it needs to be brought in-line with functionality teamviewer has (at least where useful). Contact End-Client with Chat prior to Remote Logon

Not sure if this is in the works or even an idea. But, it would be nice to initiate a chat session with prior to remoting into their computer. Several times, my clients say "shoot me an email to let me know you are getting on", for monthly maintenance. A lot of times, they do not read their email for hours.
