Would like the ability to add/inject text or images into emails as they pass through the MailAssure filter. Would like to be able to configure this for any email from an external email address.
When you place a service request, the cancel order button returns to Request Service after a certain amount of time. I suggest that the Engineering team increase the timeout to at least 30 minutes, thus avoiding call forwarding to the MSP queue.
I would LOVE it if we had a fully functional LOCAL disk imaging solution for Remote Max. By this I mean the ability to create a full (or incremental or differential) scheduled and manual local disk image with disaster recover and bare metal but not force it to back it up online (like the current Max backup). It would be more efficient if all engineers assigned to the same queue would directly see a visual Tag/image that a "Note is added" to a ticket, instead of being able to see this when the ticket is actually opened as is the case now. The implementation could be analogue to the “breach” tag… The “Note Added” tag could be removed for a specific engineer when that engineer has read the note, but it will remain there for ...more »
