I locations assigned to tickets in MSP Manager to export to with invoices Quickbooks Online so that my billing batch invoices are exported to the correct location in Quickbooks Online.
Would like the ability to customize invoices in MSP Manager. When reviewing invoices time entries only show ticket number and text. Would like to be able to customize this to include start/stop time of time entries and dates.
When generating invoices for QuickBooks, the dates in the ticket time entries don't follow. That means we need to go back and forth between Service Desk and QuickBooks and manually enter all the time entry dates again in QuickBooks.
This would be a HUGE time-saver!
Zoho is amazing. The CRM is perfect & we'd like to push our customer info back and fourth from ZoHo CRM to GFIMAX instead of retyping it all. The ZoHo support module is their support / ticketing system & it is perfect & inexpensive.Please make an API or allowintegrate both
