Having info on what users are running Adobe & Silverlight is wonderful. But, many of my clients need it for the applications they use daily. Could we modify the alerts to only show those running out-of-date versions of these frequently targeted applications? This would be great for Java, Silverlight, and all Adobe products.
We would like the ability to set a Patch Management Approval Policy to avoid installing patches for a certain version of Internet Explorer and a certain version of JAVA (possibly even other third party software), without having to constantly update the Patch Management Approval Policy for new patches.
On computers where we have patch management enabled, it would be nice to have gfi suppress when adobe/java/microsoft prompts the user for updates.
I've had some clients doubt that their computers are being properly updated as they are prompted as soon as an update is released, even though they are getting done by patch management.
