We would like the Knowledge Base to allow attachments.
Add a "General notes" section in knowledge and the customer dash.
This would allow adding notes that relate to the customer and not a specific ticket, network, or proceedure.
we love to use the knowledge base as documentation area. We give customers access to an article of an category so they can only see the documentation ot their own company.
It would be great to have an option to insert a picture without needing to upload the picture first.
Also the option to edit and create tabled would be great :)
