LDAP ability to manually update username for account

Looking for the ability to manually update the username when user created via LDAP.

Currently if the username gets changed in AD we have no way to manually or auto update this in N-central

We can pull new user in but cannot update

Currently we can change email and other info just can't change username

This makes things very difficult if old user has many items attached to their account such as rules and filters

Allow use of ldap auth and control panel password

Allow use of ldap auth and control panel password

under MSP mail it was possible to use both LDAP auth and local control panel auth for panel login.

i.e in the event that the AD server is down currently users cannot login to their dashboard to release mail etc

under MSP mail it was possible for users to have password stored in MSP mail that allowed access to the dashboard for Business continuity purposes

Retain LDAP settings & use saved passwords

Under Manage email users we have set up the LDAP authentication for each of our clients. ...more »

When will we get real ldap where we can sync the domain users

When will we get real ldap sync where we can sync the domain users in a specific OU and have their account added to the local recipients list - this feature was used heavily in MSP mail . We want the ldap sync to handle new user adds to mail assure just like the old product did. I was told this was going to be added Q1. We also want to sync the user domain password with the mail assure logon for the user portal.
