Some mail servers are having trouble connecting to Mail Assure via IPv6 due to a connection point not supporting IPv6, and so the sending mail server may, in some cases, need to create a provision to default to IPv4 in order to send mail successfully.
In the same vein as the region-specific mail servers, can servers be provided that exclusively support IPV4, that domains can opt in to use to avoid this issue?
When changing or adding times for the email scout reports, users currently have to remove all existing instances of the reports and then allow the next scheduled time to run before these appear in the list.

When receiving Email Scout Reports, the client wants the email users to have to authenticate using their email user passwords when viewing the content of the message. This is in case the messages are false positives that contain confidential information to stop unauthorized access to these messages.
When a user sets up two-factor authentication in Mail Assure, there is no recovery code given after finishing setup. When logging into Mail Assure, there is no prompt for a recovery code, and nowhere to put in a recovery code in case a user encounters issues with 2FA. Hello, We migrated from MaxMail and we informed customers that if there mail server ever went offline they could log in to their control panel in MaxMail and still send and receive emails. It looked as though the same was true in Mail Assure. However their is a difference in the Mail Assure process that I think you should address. In the MSP Mail platform, users were allowed to specify enforcing TLS, enforcing TLS if possible, and not requiring it. These options are not available within the Mail Assure Platform. It would be nice to see these options within the Mail Assure platform and grant control over how certain domains process emails and handle TLS directly. If outgoing mails are blocked / postponed to outgoing quarantine, somebody / the reseller / an email address should get a notification about this..
We were surprised to find that the number of mailboxes we got invoiced for was way higher that the mailboxes set up in Mail Assure. It turns out that if you enable "Filter by default" on a domain. Give the ability to adjust the column width of the Spam Quarantine, and Incoming/Outgoing Search Logs, or the ability to minimize the menu bar on the left to give more space to these columns so it is easier to read the information in these logs.
