Indexing system

I think that the indexing system in Mail Assure needs an upgrade because the way it works now is extremely slow and we need to keep the page open during all the process. This process should be done just once and for all messages so we can finally work with this tool. A handy option to release mails in Mail Assure

It would be very handy to get an option to mark mails an releasing them.

An example would be to do it with boxes so you can mark every mail per clicking the box and then get an option for all marked.

"Select all" would also be appreciated.

Selecting the option for every single mail is taking way too much time.

Notifications sections for more granular control

It would be nice to have a "notifications" section of the MailAssure UI, where all notifications are grouped together. As part of this, being able to control specific notifications (such as a quarantine report) and specify which emails the reports and notifications are going to there (if we want notifications to go to a different email address than the user's email) for finer control over what notifications are sent.

API calls history Username is "internal" for report actions

Users carry out actions by clicking in their quarantine reports (for example they click on "Release and Train" for a particular email). When looking in API calls history on the Mail Assure console, the username listed is "Internal" and the Client IP is blank. Provision of Mail Servers which only use IPv4

Some mail servers are having trouble connecting to Mail Assure via IPv6 due to a connection point not supporting IPv6, and so the sending mail server may, in some cases, need to create a provision to default to IPv4 in order to send mail successfully.

 

In the same vein as the region-specific mail servers, can servers be provided that exclusively support IPV4, that domains can opt in to use to avoid this issue?

Edit Email Scout Reports without having to delete current ones

When changing or adding times for the email scout reports, users currently have to remove all existing instances of the reports and then allow the next scheduled time to run before these appear in the list.

 

Would like to be able to change or add a time without having to remove the existing ones.

When receiving Email Scout reports want user to authenticate

When receiving Email Scout Reports, the client wants the email users to have to authenticate using their email user passwords when viewing the content of the message. This is in case the messages are false positives that contain confidential information to stop unauthorized access to these messages.

Backup Code Prompt When Setting Up 2FA

When a user sets up two-factor authentication in Mail Assure, there is no recovery code given after finishing setup. When logging into Mail Assure, there is no prompt for a recovery code, and nowhere to put in a recovery code in case a user encounters issues with 2FA. Retain LDAP settings & use saved passwords

Hello, We migrated from MaxMail and we informed customers that if there mail server ever went offline they could log in to their control panel in MaxMail and still send and receive emails. It looked as though the same was true in Mail Assure. However their is a difference in the Mail Assure process that I think you should address.
