Backup Code Prompt When Setting Up 2FA

When a user sets up two-factor authentication in Mail Assure, there is no recovery code given after finishing setup. When logging into Mail Assure, there is no prompt for a recovery code, and nowhere to put in a recovery code in case a user encounters issues with 2FA. After a user sets up 2FA for their login, they have a button which provides them with Backup Codes in case they encounter issues with 2FA (this provides ...more »

Retain LDAP settings & use saved passwords

Hello, We migrated from MaxMail and we informed customers that if there mail server ever went offline they could log in to their control panel in MaxMail and still send and receive emails. It looked as though the same was true in Mail Assure. However their is a difference in the Mail Assure process that I think you should address. Under Manage email users we have set up the LDAP authentication for each of our clients. ...more »

TLS Settings available within the Dashboard

Change the way that "Filter by default" works

We were surprised to find that the number of mailboxes we got invoiced for was way higher that the mailboxes set up in Mail Assure. It turns out that if you enable "Filter by default" on a domain. Activity History report or log

Need a way to view all admin activity (add, change, deletes) in Mail Assure, either at the global admin level for all domains and/or at the domain admin level for a specific domain. I just had a situation where all the scheduled periodic reports for users in a specific domain had been flipped to "disable". Knowing when and who did it would have prevented finger pointing.

Global and default sender whitelist/blacklist

Currently it is not possible to create rules for global or default filtering in Mail Assure, only on domain level.

This means that if an MSP would like to add a search criteria to a blacklist or whitelist, they have to do it for each domain, which will be time consuming for MSPs with tens or hundreds of customers in Mail Assure.
