As of right now the mav interface on desktops and servers is not password protected . So any user or malicious software can stop the program and/or service. This is important for a lot of customers!
A large client is using "Panda Adaptive Defence 360" and needs support for this anti-virus solution.
We'd like to have the ability to exclude alert notifications for certain scanned file/file types. This is for instances where a file type that is just ignored (e.g. ost, html, cab) are still logged but wont notify as "Present" status repeatedly. Need a way for a customer to roll back changes made to the Backup Manager's Preferences / settings / data source selections / etc.
It is clear as day every time that without debug logging enabled, pulling logs for integrated RMM backup clients is next to useless because they provide no info. SInce debug logging needs to be enabled to gain any knowledge of anything, why can't it be enabled by default?
the ability to disable scanning when a device is on the battery would be very useful as we currently have clients that are having problems with the battery draining quite fast.

Looking to be able to restore to external drive or network path from Backup Manager and Recovery Console. This is essential for some clients where storage space is at a premium.
There is not enough information reported in Managed Patch Automated Tasks, and in the Automated Tasks Reports.
I would like a more granular report for Managed Patch regarding updates/patches installed after Managed Patch runs on a device.
Would like to see a function available in Backup Manager to filter for and back up specific file types (separate from the Documents backup, that's built into the All-In version of the Backup Manager software).
