Currently, when we use MSP Connect, we will only see one monitor. Where we do have the option to see the other monitor with a little "Monitors" button, it's not ideal as you still only see one monitor in a viable way. It would be great if we could expand the view to show both screens (or be more selective about which screens to show if there's more than 2) as it can make doing remote support that little bit easier.
From the active issue screen we are able to enable / disable and even change thresholds but we miss the edit service to bulk edit monitors selected from the active issue screen.
Adding support for monitoring the Queues of MDaemon Mail Servers would be helpful.
Running a trial on GFI Cloud and would like to monitor the queues in Exchange. Usually this is a good measure of email failure.
