When onboarding new a client we discovered that all the devices were set in inactive by Ncentral. This happened because the devices were not being exported to our PSA after the initial export. When Take Control has not checked in and you hover over the remote control button, it displays:

It's fairly useless when that number is anything considerably high. It'd be nice if it automatically switched it to minutes or hours after certain time thresholds are passed.

I was wondering that I can get ad user information but not ad computer information through the automation manager. I like to build a script which gets ad computer with inactivity with more than 90 days to find not disabled computer accounts.
Please add the Citrix Receiver to the 3rd party patch management as as already the the other MSP Patch Manager product.
We would like to create a problem ticket in MSP Manager. Now each ticket shows up as its own, creating a mess inside the Ticket View.
We would like to select multiple tickets and then connect them to a problem. Fill in priority, users to notify, status, response and subject.
This is unsupported in MSP Anywhere, it's a Teamviwer oprtion.

There is no way to currently pre-fill data for the "Request Assistance" form that a client needs to fill out for Name, Customer # and Email. The data for these fields is entered in by our support department when we are adding the agent to their computers so that they show up under "My Computers" in SolarWinds N-Able MSP Anywhere. At this time, in MSP Anywhere or MSP Connect, there is not a feature that notifies the remote user that the technician has disconnected from the computer, although there is feature that do the opposite . The users complaint that they dont have a notification that we disconnected from their computer once we close the session. The permissing "Monitoring & Management -> 24x7 & Daily Safety Checks -> Usage" controles wether a user can clear checks or not. It would be very handy, to have a more granular permisson regarding it. I want to prohibit "Keep check cleared until it passes", only the other options should be allowed ("Keep check cleared until next time it runs", "Keep check cleared until (date|time)")
