Please add the Citrix Receiver to the 3rd party patch management as as already the the other MSP Patch Manager product.
We would like to create a problem ticket in MSP Manager. Now each ticket shows up as its own, creating a mess inside the Ticket View.
We would like to select multiple tickets and then connect them to a problem. Fill in priority, users to notify, status, response and subject.
This is unsupported in MSP Anywhere, it's a Teamviwer oprtion.

There is no way to currently pre-fill data for the "Request Assistance" form that a client needs to fill out for Name, Customer # and Email. The data for these fields is entered in by our support department when we are adding the agent to their computers so that they show up under "My Computers" in SolarWinds N-Able MSP Anywhere. At this time, in MSP Anywhere or MSP Connect, there is not a feature that notifies the remote user that the technician has disconnected from the computer, although there is feature that do the opposite . The users complaint that they dont have a notification that we disconnected from their computer once we close the session. The permissing "Monitoring & Management -> 24x7 & Daily Safety Checks -> Usage" controles wether a user can clear checks or not. It would be very handy, to have a more granular permisson regarding it. I want to prohibit "Keep check cleared until it passes", only the other options should be allowed ("Keep check cleared until next time it runs", "Keep check cleared until (date|time)")
Enhancement requests for MSP Connect
- Ability to schedule updates to the software through Maintenance Windows
- Ability to use 'Upgrade Now' functionality
- Ability to cache the download on the probe rather then all computers downloading from the internet. Or some kind of Update Server like with AVD.
This functionality is important in areas with limited internet access or metered connections.
Found a problem with MSP take control
The copy and paste doesn’t work copying info from my laptop to a client’s machines – I have to click on ‘interaction’ and then get clipboard all time, a right pain
The tickets are created in Connectwise with the company main contact, it should be configuration contact. Reason is that we are already able to target company main contact in the service desk workflow tasks but not the configuration contact. Please can we include the ability to set a 'custom' auto reply to a customer when they submit a ticket request?
At the moment there only seems to be an option to 'notify the customer' when they submit a ticket.
Since we paid a good deal of money for branding, it would be really nice if the application can be installed using our brand instead of "Advanced Monitoring Agent GP" Many other RMM products allow for this -- either generating a custom MSI from the control panel using our company name or some field for input... or using an install switch with the Group Policy Deployment.
