Allow for an NCentral customer to have assigned to it a primary from the NCentral User list (our employees), as Account Managers or other term. Lets say I have 100 Accounts divided amongst 10 Account Managers (selectable from my users). If this data is available via the API and pumped over to a new column (UserID) in dimCustomer in the warehouse database, then one can make assignments in ticket application based on ...more »
License Key inventory report currently displays the last 5 digits of MS Office keys.
It would be nice if there was a method to pull the full license key so this can be visible within N-central.
We bill most of our customers on a per-machine basis, but we have a handful (mostly RDS / Terminal Server environments) that we bill by the user. N-Central has access to the information via the Domain User Management section, but I don't believe it is available via reports anywhere. We're not looking to build an audit trail with this data, but simply need a snapshot to adjust monthly billing. For our purposes at least, ...more »
As it stands currently, the AV Defender Status report run through N-central does not give a clear picture on which devices are considered to be "Normal" and which are "Not Monitored", which makes troubleshooting difficult
The ability to have ignored devices on Noc, to be not shown in executive summary reports.
Specifically within the anti-virus section, I would like a parameter which let's me define the device class(es) to include. The problem I run into with this report is that I want to display results of Workstation / Laptop devices separately from Servers. The reason for this is that very often servers (think file servers especially) have significantly more threat detection's than an average desktop device. This means ...more »
it would be extremely handy to be able to, at the very least, export the selected customers from the rules grant customer/site access tab, at the very most, have a report that will show me the associations between customers and rules, allowing me to pick which customers, or which rules I want to run the report against. In particular I need this for all of my patch management rules as we currently have to audit patch ...more »
I think it would be great if we could get a view similar to the scheduled tasks view for maintenance windows or be able to report on maintenance windows for a group of devices (By Filter or Service Template etc..)
Looking for the ability to generate a report which outlines the exclusions in place at a client's site.
Requesting the ability to configure the N-central-based Executive Summary report at the SO-level.
Currently, the only configuration can be done at the Customer levels
Would like to have the option to run this report at the SO Level and filter on specific scheduled tasks.
Currently when trying to generate a report on a specific site within a customer it can only generate the report for all sites under the customer. The ability to filter for sites the same way an SO can be filtered for Customers would provide the flexibility required to generate relevant reports that are not flooded with unnecessary data.
